The International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) is a global network dedicated to the eradication of all forms of lung cancer.
Founded in 1974, the IASLC’s mission is to advance the study of the etiology, epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and all other aspects of lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. IASLC members include more than 8,000 lung and thoracic specialists from all disciplines, representing more than 100 countries. Through global conferences and funding of leading-edge research, the IASLC educates the healthcare community and the public about thoracic cancers and works to alleviate the burden lung cancer places on patients, families, and communities.
