Since 2003, Robin’s vision has shaped the success our teams deliver to TriStar’s association and industry partners. Her commitment to strategic innovation to meet business goals has been instrumental in growing our suite of communications solutions and services.

Co-CEO, Co-Owner
Eric brings to TriStar a successful track record and a history of strong relationships with associations, having led The Reynolds Group, an enterprise known for its customized event publishing solutions. Leveraging his profound industry expertise and exceptional leadership skills, Eric has steered us to new heights, continually broadening our client base and reinforcing our prominent standing within the sector.
Joey Barnes
Chief Marketing Officer
Joey brings extraordinary knowledge of integrated media and executive leadership to the TriStar team. Her 20+ years of agency experience in business development and client services includes the use of multi-channel marketing to grow revenue for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. As CMO, Joey is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing TriStar’s marketing and communications strategy.

Chief Content Officer
Cody manages TriStar’s Design, Editorial, and Technical teams to ensure that each print and digital product we produce meets our exacting standards. Cody brings more than 25 years of experience as a media professional, including serving as editor for pharmaceutical industry monthly trade journals. He has successfully led the production of hundreds of publications for a variety of healthcare associations.
Darcey Tenbrink
Chief Operations Officer
Darcey brings holistic expertise to the TriStar team, with over 18 years of sales experience along with 30+ years in management and customer relations. She manages TriStar’s daily business operations, working closely with department heads to support our employees. Darcey’s unwavering dedication, loyalty, and expertise play a pivotal role in driving our sustained growth and unparalleled success.
Mallory Seckman
Controller
Mallory brings 13 years of experience across the non-profit, manufacturing, and marketing sectors. She previously served as TriStar’s finance director, overseeing audits and payroll. In her current role, she leads our monthly and year-end financial closures, annual audit, payroll, and collaborates with the CEOs on forecasting and budgeting. Mallory’s expertise and dedication make her an essential part of our team.
