Medical meeting news coverage has been the core of our editorial mission for the past two decades. Through interviews with association leadership and experts presenting the latest medical discoveries and insights, as well as on-site reporting from scientific sessions, we bring each client’s target audience essential news before, during, and after their annual meetings.

In the early days of the company, TriStar delivered its news coverage exclusively through print publications, mostly in the form of daily physical newspapers distributed during the featured event. For the past several years, we have balanced digital and print, with strategically timed emails highlighting top headlines from custom meeting news websites as our primary mode of distribution. In 2024, that included the following TriStar-managed sites for our medical association partners.
Social media posts and electronic, downloadable versions of meeting newspapers and magazines are also in our digital toolbox. But we are constantly evaluating feedback from our audiences and the associations we partner with, and we have found print news is still popular among many meeting attendees. Newspapers and magazines, exhibit hall guides, schedules-at-a-glance, programs with session descriptions, and other resources supplement our online news writing. Some publications are mailed directly to attendees before the meeting, others are handed out during the conference. Regardless of the timing, when possible we prioritize partnering with printers who utilize environmentally friendly printing, packaging, and shipping practices.
Our award-winning content team includes designers, photographers, and web producers who coordinate with our news writers and editors. These content creators bring a unique mix of journalism, medical writing, marketing, advertising, social media, and digital publishing expertise to each project.
Meeting news is what we’ve built our reputation on, and it will continue to be at the foundation of our content generation as we develop additional targeted editorial offerings related to association member news, marketing communications, and educational resources.
