With 2025 meetings well underway, the TriStar’s event media team is energized by new opportunities to build on past successes with our long-standing partners. We’re also launching new collaborations and dreaming up better ways to serve our association partners and inform their members.

Although we’ve greatly expanded our content services to include year-round news products and custom clinical content, medical meeting news coverage is where we got our start more than two decades ago. Through interviews with association leadership and experts presenting their latest research discoveries, we deliver timely, relevant news to our association partners’ HCP audiences before, during, and after their annual meetings.

In the early days of the company, TriStar delivered meeting news exclusively through print publications—mostly in the form of daily newspapers distributed on-site at convention centers across the country. While printed publications still have their place (our award-winning meeting magazines are a perfect example), we recognize that digital media is the future and there’s no turning back the clock.

Our focus today is on an integrated, multichannel approach that blends digital, print, and social media to offer greater flexibility and reach. This multi-pronged strategy revolves around our custom meeting news websites, which are supported by strategically timed emails that highlight the meeting’s top headlines.
